Management policies updating and not intimating employees, Job security is not good, Mngment mindset is not to retain any employee if they like to depart. Appraisal methodology of Bell curve is not good practice for small companies but here following. People need to work very hard 9 to 11 hrs still recognition only in some team. Top managers need to be changed.

The outdated internal framework in which more than 50% of employees working. New policies after the company became service-based. There are teams with zero testers, and the company has only less than 10 testers in total.

Sometimes there is no work, and sometimes it's too much. Its developer's responsibility is to write functional test cases and do all the testing till the production environment. The internal framework is really hard to understand, work, and test.
