company is divided by managerial people who have their own ways of working. zero job security , even for a receptionist, NO culture for appreciation promises not fulfilled on time for Bonus, incentives, etc. Bottom Line keep this as A last resort to work for , Even in production plants.

The HR department is the worst. There’s no punctuality in HR department. Coordination within the HR’s are worst. Everything is delayed. They make to wait for hours after joining in the name of documentations.

R&D section is good. Management and IT department is the worst. MD should take note of HR department. They are always sleeping. Everything gets delayed. Some HRs are busy in Myntra

Training And Learning is very good in Selec. Work Culture is very Nice. Coordination with Higher management is smooth. Response time is very fast from HOD and Manager level. Products are very good and new technologies added every year.
