I mean it's alright ! nothing to appreciate but is a good place for a freshie to learn technology and get more proficient in it's own field of work.

Dislikes

Well ! the teams aren't organized properly, Lack of supervision I have seen. Personally the team in which the manager was not worthy for the position he had. Well few of the higher ups had a kind off superiority complex around them. but yea the team members at your levels can be really supportive and helpful to make a newbie survive such politics and yea that's pretty much it.
