Training And Learning is very good in Selec. Work Culture is very Nice. Coordination with Higher management is smooth. Response time is very fast from HOD and Manager level. Products are very good and new technologies added every year.

As a freshers it's good to join. False promises when you will join offered salary will be different from the salary credit in your account.you will never get opportunity to connect company if u are at field you don't have any plateform to report your work in the company.We are not getting any support in COVID-19 maximum people laid off due to Covid.

They hire employees more than required at low pay. But you have no space for growth because there is no space in upper position.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
