The schedule is a bit less hectic than other companies in the same genre, that's it. They treat you as Academic professionals and not employees. Only 12 paid leaves in a year. Rest all is fine.

Dislikes

The management is a bit unresponsive, words to implementation ratio is low. Rest everything is balanced out.
