I can write a whole book regarding this. Basically the location is completely hard for workers They Doesn't pay pf amount They Doesn't pay salary on time most of the time it takes 2 months We must work 10 hours compulsory

Work satisfaction. Working with good environment. Teamates are well supportive. Management also good.

Dislikes

There is a little bit problems. Salary is very less and decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Since it is new company am learning a lot from installation qualification upto complete documentation its a wonderful experience for me am enjoying my work and learning a lot day by day now presently working in QA department as IPQA and documentation and by the help of manager still am learning.

Dislikes

Monthly salary time is too dely

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
