A company that does not values the employees and misguide poor businessmen for the profits and torture them after giving loan. Retention rate is high, fake promises and measures that only brings profit to the company. Poor and biased irrational incentive policies. A poor brand that not only is incapable to stand with its employees but also not with the customers. Uneducated team head and lack of professionalism in the working standards, a team that doesnt even know how to make an effective communication within the company. HR department is a complete waste, no timely responses to mails and calls. In short, bunch of uneducated people running a company of 3-4 years just to fill their pockets completely diregarding the stakeholders involved.
