A company that does not values the employees and misguide poor businessmen for the profits and torture them after giving loan. Retention rate is high, fake promises and measures that only brings profit to the company. Poor and biased irrational incentive policies. A poor brand that not only is incapable to stand with its employees but also not with the customers. Uneducated team head and lack of professionalism in the working standards, a team that doesnt even know how to make an effective communication within the company. HR department is a complete waste, no timely responses to mails and calls. In short, bunch of uneducated people running a company of 3-4 years just to fill their pockets completely diregarding the stakeholders involved. Its a shame to work in this company and and just to be a part of such corrupt uneducated organisation....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
