I was outsourced employee of the autonomous body. I was started there as a DEO at February 2015. Working experience near about 5 years. I worked every department of the organisation. Ambiance was good but job security very bad.

Dislikes

Job securities very bad and for office boys those are working from 10 to 15 years back they are still working but DEOs post are not secured.

Review is for outsource staff (IPS/ Karyaa) only....For SEBI Employee everything is just perfect.. Timings: 9.10am to 6.00 pm Holidays : When you see red in calender that means you have holiday apart from weekends. Cameraderie : You will get a chance to go to office picnic. Good salary package for freshers as well. You will get a lunch at 5 rs only. Work pressure thing does not exist here

Its a one year contract only if you are an outsource staff. No diwali celebration, x-mas celebration, no garba at navratri. Not very much for learning. Getting hike after working here is difficult as they are giving nice package for freshers as well. Salary is same for freshers and experienced candidate is not good.
