Dislikes

Employee benefits like salary is very low. Insurance is not provided by the company, they are type of bureaucratic organization where they work in old /businesses. Every decision is taken by their HQ in gurugram and very limited powers with the senior management in local regional offices. They should improve L&D and also HR function and create value for your employees. Salary is credited after every month on 10-12th which is not at all expected from any global companies....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
