SecureSearch has a very good environment and one can easily mingle with everything. Teammates, worklife and job security are good. The excellent part of the company is that they give salary on time. I worked for more 3 years and never faced such instance that salary was delayed due to any reason. Highly recommended for fresher who is new to work life so that he can learn more things and grasp more knowledge from all team. Dislikes

The worst part of the company is that there is no compensation benefit, PF and doesn't do appraisal every year instead they drag it for more couple years just for small amount of increment.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
