SecureSearch has a very good environment and one can easily mingle with everything. Teammates, worklife and job security are good. The excellent part of the company is that they give salary on time. I worked for more 3 years and never faced such instance that salary was delayed due to any reason. Dislikes

The worst part of the company is that there is no compensation benefit, PF and doesn't do appraisal every year instead they drag it for more couple years just for small amount of increment.
