Company/ organisation process for anything is not predesigned like other huge organisations, ( i had worked previously with GE T&D), so its time taking which may not be acceptable for any experienced person. Basic facilities like comapany Transport/ commuting, food, canteen are not available at Gurgaon office. Medical/ health insurance is not enough as per organisation band & can't be modified even if someone wants to expand it's cover, only spouse is covered in health insurance....Read More

The salary, no promotion policy, appraisal. Everything depends on your manager. If your manager likes you, you'll get promoted and good hikes. No work from home or hybrid system. Need to go to office daily and complete 9 hours 15 minutes daily.

Lot of politics. My TL named LNT was from testing, and I was a developer . When ever he will make a 2 line of changes in the code the code will throw 12 errors . He has no idea about programming , except the knowledge of copy pasting the code. I hate the internal politics as they give promotions not to talent but to stability . There are people who are not professional at all , always behind the deadlines and asking us too much to produce and at the end you get very less appriciation financially .
