First at the time of joining they treat you very well , like a guest which i like .But with the passage of time i saw a huge change.

1. work culture is not good you manager always force you to work over time every time. 2. Hr managers are also not good. 3. very low hike they offered even after lot of work. 4. No work life balance. 5. Zero job security they fired me.

The salary, no promotion policy, appraisal. Everything depends on your manager. If your manager likes you, you'll get promoted and good hikes. No work from home or hybrid system. Need to go to office daily and complete 9 hours 15 minutes daily.

Very far from my home town, they have Gurgaon office if they hire the team from Delhi and they are allowed to work from the Gurgaon offiec then this is the pace to retire
