The salary, no promotion policy, appraisal. Everything depends on your manager. If your manager likes you, you'll get promoted and good hikes. No work from home or hybrid system. Need to go to office daily and complete 9 hours 15 minutes daily.

Very far from my home town, they have Gurgaon office if they hire the team from Delhi and they are allowed to work from the Gurgaon offiec then this is the pace to retire
