Things do vary person to person and project to project, I had everything just awesome good work life balance, excellent project and most importantly competitive salary.

Dislikes

Sears had its golden era, Sears Holding Corporation USA is struggling for business which has direct impact on Sears Holding India hence the big question over Job Security.

Work Details

For me it was all smooth, neither hectic nor boring.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
