Flexibility of work timings/days. No work at Seagate, just enjoy a happy life if you are good with your manager. You can get stocks, bonuses, out-of-cycle promotions, and everything else. People get to admire, those who are good at talking.

Dislikes

If you are working hard, be careful you will get fired. No clear directives from management. Obsolete technologies have no value in the job market. Those who join last will get fired first - Be careful in that aspect too. Sense of insecurity all the time.

Dying company. Hire and fire culture. High internal corruption. Directors are running dummy companies and hiring moon lighting contractors from dummy companies. Internal employees are not treated well. It's loss making company. Soon it is going to be out of market like Nokia.
