Working at SDP & Associates has been an incredibly disappointing experience. The management is disorganized and lacks basic leadership skills, creating a toxic work environment where employees feel undervalued and ignored. Communication is poor, and there's a noticeable lack of transparency about company policies and changes. The com pany culture is a major letdown, with little regard for work-life balance or employee well-being. The workload is overwhelming, and support from colleagues and supervisors is minimal<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Despite my best efforts, I found no opportunities for professional growth or advancement</mark>. If you're considering a position here, I would strongly advise against it. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
