We give sufficient chances before letting go of any trainee to whom we would have paid salary for several months during training + cost incurred on trainers and training facilities + cost of food, transport, insurance, etc., during training period.

When you enroll yourself to a salary-paid training program and you expect to get paid salary during salary and Rs. 40,000 per month salary + complimentary food, cab facilities, medical insurance, and accident insurance between 4-6 months' time, the trainee should expect a school/college atmosphere during training. After all, once the client is settled, the trainee (who would be promoted as medical scribe) is free to work from home.

There is nothing that I liked much about the company, except for the healthcare provider I was working with.

Dislikes

They just talk about no harassment policy, but the reality is different. No ethics No proper management No criteria for growth. They just hire people as they like. They have a system in which they can write anything about an employee (hidden from the employee) but nobody can question higher authority.
