I really don't like the work life balance they don't provide leaves though salary is good but the top management is good like director and principal but coordinator s are not at all good . School top management should check on there coordinators as they don't support

Supportive and caring staff. A lot of room to upskill yourself.

Dislikes

Little to no appraisal for newly joined staff. Something is not fair. Some co-workers always try to step on you. Founders should know that some staff abuse new joiners till they quit.

Talking about the benefits overall it's really a good experience for learners. The management is very flexible and open to staff.

The terms are not certain. Planning and everything changes suddenly.
