Office location, relax environment in office

Everything else is disliking. As far as tech is concerned I won't recommend anyone to join in. There is no planning before developing a product. They redo everything 2-3 times before the product is ready to be released. Every task is on high priority. Sometimes they force to work on holidays too. Tech Manager only looks towards his fav employees only. After doing all the best you can, manager is still not going to appraise because as per him this is expected from an employee. Scope of learning for someone with a decent experience (4-6 years) is limited as you'll find majority of people in their early stages of career. Sometimes you may find instances of a laid back attitude in the employees.

Once you leave the company they will never gonna pay you back, fake people around, if you ever joined them make sure you take every single thing on written, its been a year i am asking for my payment, management and founders are don't even care every single person in scoop whoop is self-centered. HR even don't know what he role HR plays, so do finance.
