No job security You always feel you are in notice period Manager will terminate you to save his own job for money Very much unprofessional culture . Our Kheda operation was set up as a huge, fully vertically integrated unit that we invested a large sum of money into. The unit has been custom built to our business requirements and produces a huge range of personal care, colour cosmetics and perfume products. In fact, it is one of the most vertically integrated plants in India. We wish you the best of luck in the future.
