Only thing good is Work from home option that too it looks lucrative but you end up working 15-16 hours in a day.

- Endless Working Hours - Not so qualified bosses, these people have hired BPO executives and made them Lead, who doesn't understands about operational challenges - No Learning at all - Every week they conduct All Hands but they don't practice what they preach. - You cannot say no to boss else they will take revenge on you. - Theyonly listen to team leads and other team members opinion doesn't matter to Management. - They really don't have a strong business model from where they get revenue or a strong funding so don't expect much hike/ salary....Read More
