There is nothing to like about. They don't respect there employees who is serving them for couple of years.

Dislikes

No appraisal, they give chiller on the name of appraisal and every year give one or other reason. Work load is year high. They give you your department work, other departments work and extra work and won't pay for it. They don't hire new employees and give workload to old employees. They keeps your shift from one department to otherin the name of flexibility and pay nothing for that. I sign agreement with other companies to not hire there employees, so Sci Edge people cannot switch companies. No career growth....Read More
