Everyone are just like a team. All the departments are like a family in my branch. Superiors are supportive.

Dislikes

Underpaid. Over work load. No facilities providing to site work Engineers. We have to work on ground, under machineries but still company doesn't give us a working dress. 2nd Saturday is also a working day. Long years will take to get promotions for service department. Your efficiency in work will gives you appreciations but not appraisals.
