Dear Ex-employee, Thanks for your feedback. But, many things mentioned by you in the review are factually incorrect. It's very natural for anyone leaving the organisation to say negative about it specially when the decision is not well thought-after and brings sufferings. But, good teachers never do this. Because, we teach kids more by our behaviour than our preachings. Incorrect facts: 1. Salary has not been held back for aloe who leaves the organisation with proper notice and agreeable terms. For anyone who leaves abruptly, even the government rules are in favour of holding back salary. 2. There's only one PGT English, who has left our organisation in the past. Her salary was released after a mandatory 45-days clearance period. 3. Legal notices have been served to those faculty members who tried to blackmail the organisation by sending message about not not taking classes if they don't get increment immediately. Refusing to take classes, in the midst of session, for personal bargaining amounts to blackmail legally. It's utmost unethical for any dignified individual. It's established principle to leave the organisation only at the end of the session. If someone is not satisfied with his salary or increment, he can serve the organisation with ample notice-period and depart with mutual agreement. 3. The students were not left at the mercy of couple of unethical employees. Replacements were brought in immediately. Every organisation has the right to retaliate if its interests are hampered by unethical and unprofessional individuals.
