I found that there was a no more space of career growth in the company after reaching a certain level.The company had a stagnant point where they would simply retain employees without continuing to develop their potential in order to move the company forward.

Company work culture is nice so my work is slightly tough as I have to maintain the whole site store materials records in physical & documents way.Apart of this I have to complete the Labor Compliance,Admin work,Billing process(Site Vendor's,Supplier)
