No matter how excellent you perform at the end you are at the mercy of department head. The higher management rarely looks beyond the middle layer. At times the managers appointed turn out to be unprofessional / under qualified out of which many skillful employees are forced to leave the company or when there are rainy days the dept. heads in order to secure their own positions may drive the employees out of company who actually are more qualified & efficient the dept heads....Read More
