Company believes in being no 1 or 2 in whichever vertical of industry it’s competing with other companies in the market. Companies vast acquisition spree (which is ongoing till date) is a testament to that thought process. This whether employees like it or not indirectly paves their growth (or survival trajectory) based on the vertical or division of the company they are joining, for example retail vertical saw massive structural changes post their acquisition of L&T’s E&A business which dint prove to be that good for employees under that vertical (especially on the Schneider’s side). Company culture and the team I was associated with in SE are very supportive. And SE is an innovative company with huge potential for future growth, both personally and technically. And I can learn lot of things in future from this organization.
