It is a type of fraud company.They will never treat graduates in such a good manner.The only way to grow in this company is whether a person is going to have reference.Even the HR department and other officials also don't have proper communication skills.Even when anyone questions about anything like what is the process going on they simply say we don't know.If anyone are interested in learning such new things or any new technique was introduced they will never encourage.Moreover in the if U are going to die or you are in atypical situation also they want the daily target and production to develop their company.Simply they just ruined the careers of so many graduates.While this company will go for campus placement and they will say that you are going to have a apprenticeship program of 1 year and after one year we will hire You and they will say the package almost similar to software companies.But here its totally different.They are just using the Graduation students for their work...Read More
