Company culture and the team I was associated with in SE are very supportive. And SE is an innovative company with huge potential for future growth, both personally and technically. And I can learn lot of things in future from this organization.

Dislikes

As such, I have no dislikes about working with SE. I have been working with SE for the past 7 years, and I have grown side-by-side with Schneider Electric during these last 7 years and I learnt lot of things while working here.

Culture. What they highlight to public is not happening inside the organization. This organization is not fit for freshers but very good for veterans. Hardly very few managers groom freshers. It all depends on manager. HR never listen to grievances. They listen to managers. The one who makes grievances are thrown out. Company value only veterans.

Very large organisation and very focused on diversity, many leadership roles are headed by female leaders. Hybrid office mode(also depends on your managers attitude though) Good policies and also WESOP is a good platform for shares benefits

Lots of politics at every stage, be in local or global Networking and godfather( mother) are two important aspects to grow in career Pay scale has huge discrepancies for same profile or designation Forget about work life balance More than hard work, visibility is important

If you ask me schneider company is not giving permanent employment to anyone ,here 80 to 90% employees are on the contract basis ,company uses employees and after completion of contract remove them from their positions .They take contract person on very less salary and not providing pf and esi . Contractor treats their employees as a servant and not giving respect.
