Working as a Assistant Manager Mechanical Maintenance and Workshop, I learnt all machine tools operation and new machine erection and supporting utilities installation. Scope of learning is just unlimited. Level 1 workers are so much cooperative that its beyond explanation. New technology is coming for that management is very supportive in learning of the new technology operation and maintenance for that they are sending everyone to CHANDIGARH for training. None as of now till 1st Jan'24. Following are dislikes: 1. Salary increment based on emotions 2. No value of whatever you do in my case I saved 15lakh rupees per month by implementing improvement in utilities and what i got to hear from management is that is the reason you are hired for... No sense of appreciation. 3. Employees are thought to be useless no value of their experience not treated as ASSETS, they are treated as donkeys only to follow orders and give their 8 hours to company....Read More
