Nothing much to like there. They follow Hire to Fire policy. They Hire in bulk and fire in bulk too. Won’t recommend.

Dislikes

Everything is bad, just one good thing they offer free food 3 times in a day. Your life will be like a hell there. Work pressure is very high. Long working hours. HR will be sweet on joining but after 1 week you will get to see their real face. Don’t fall for their sweet language.

Comfort zone. Culture is good if you are not ambitious and in comfort zone. Low level mindset. Don't join, if experienced/ from product based company. Good for freshers. Not a good company for growth for experienced people. In Pune, STSI is service based and so is culture. No appraisals and dry promotions. No training and development for people. Here, knowledge of experienced hires is extracted to train freshers but no promotions/training for experienced hires. Merit based system. HR system is worst in STSI, team of incompetent people, they even make mistakes in hiring/payroll/taxes. HR team is fraud here, they hide/forge/manipulate info's to hire people and once joined, none cares. STSI is a retirement bed for field people. Don't join if from a product based org. Can consider, if from TCS/LnT/HCL. A big NO for people from product based....Read More

No appraisals. No performance based promotion.Merit based. They sell the org on the name of NITans and IITians. But, unfortunately nowhere it stands in front of product based orgs. Highly incompetent team in STSI.

The kind of work we do her that include very big clients, the work we do is very responsible, we cannot make any mistake before delivering it to the client, it makes us very responsible while working.

Dislikes

Because we have to support operations here in Schlumberger, the work timings are not predictable. Sometimes we have to work at night, sometimes for 16 hours a day.
