Some mid level or mangers who work there for long time had stuck in there phase and they don't want young blood to outgrow them so they make some toxic behavior organization must do something about them

Salary given while recruitment is lucrative but job security is terrible. yearly appraisal depends on your manager only and not on performance..

Management puts terrible pressure and even passes personal comments and foul language. There is separate rule for people who do buttering up of boss and seperate rule for others who donot.
