Safety of people is the utmost priority .

Dislikes

The management sometimes makes safety culture as a tool to go after some employees for force resignation. Appraisal and promotions are limited. Work life balance is too poor.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
