Likes

Company policies are good but not functional, management is very much accessible but doesn't action. Good growth for someone who knows how to be in limelight.

Dislikes

Higher management only focuses on bookish quotes, inspirational lectures etc. Sometimes it seems management doesn't have any solid plans so this hocus pocus is being delivered. Management needs to understand that being visible is not being productive, posting inspirational quotes on LinkedIn doesn't mean that someone is very productive. I have seen people getting promoted just because they are close to management. A good employee doing more than his job delivering continuous results isn't even recognized while someone without any productive work is getting praise and promotion.
