5 days week, Saturday Sunday off.

No job security, Bad work culture, Price list not given to Sales employees.. Sales people are dependent on RSM for taking every single quotation/query about pricing.. Even distributors are not getting good response from company.. Employees confirmation are always postponed and so much Buttering culture.. HR department is just a formality in schiller.. Decentralized management as Multiple directors in India. . Only good thing is work life balance.. that too with Job insecurity.. Better to pass time in schiller till you get better company offer...Read More

it was a very nice company , all collegues are very helpfull. Specially Sushila madam and Ms. Meena both from HR is very cooperative.

I had learnt not to join company like Schiller. So I recommend the same to others.

Dislikes

There was no growths professionally , financially & personally. No stability . Politics in senior management and no work ethics. Even sometimes salary was not credit on time.

Work Details

I was responsible for selling of high end equipments. I had successfully established the company reputation in the market. However they don't appreciate hard work and integrity.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
