The company actively organizes activities for their employees even while working from home e.g. quizzes/game nights. Salaries are credited on time.

Dislikes

Lack of career growth , due to internal politics and favoritism. Compensation is beyond unfair and isn't worth slogging long hours. Work-life balance did not exist during COVID-19 which resulted in a lot of older employees resigning from their positions (in order to take a career break). It's weird if multiple employees are quittinga job to take a break without one lined up. This is a testament to how many employees have been working tirelessly at Schbang eventually burning out. Before covid-19 - Was bearable to an extent. After covid-19 - We were asked to bend-over to the client innumerable times and ended up working multiple weekends. No work-life balance, no understanding from the clients, + team members and a lot of pressur
