1. The company has great clients which helps employee have a great experience

1. The seniors are highly unapproachable you'll have to think 10 times before talking to them. 2. No work life balance. Every client demand is agreed to and that will end up working late hours and pressurizing juniors. If the work isn't done on time, your efficiency will be questioned and you will be demoralized. 3. Seniors expect you to know everything by yourself and if you ask for help they will get irritated. Also, when the task isn't done(of which you have limited information) you will get escalated. Plus if there's quarrel with other team, your seniors won't help you or back you up at any cost. 4. Many teams have lack of resources and it's been the issues for quite long now. Due to the same, the employees suffer and have to work extra hours EVERYDAY and you don't get compensated for the same. 5. If you make even the slightest of the mistake you'll get in trouble. There's no scope of making mistakes here, the world will go upside down if you do so. 6. Campaign times are the worst you cannot eat, sleep, take leaves(even if there's a medical emergency) or just relax. 7. Client's demand are above everything. If you can't complete the task due to some reasons you'll be put in a filthy situation where you'll somehow have to get that work done. 8.
