Business Head of Bangalore has to be of concern. Women are not safe. No investigation conducted POSH is absent because he's part of it. Partiality and very bad culture. They fire people who complain about his unfair behaviour or about the bad managers. Everyone wants to leave. Even the HR, admin and every other team. Very unhappy place starting from one person on top.
