Likes

Very matured organisation with aggressive growth plan. Management is very supportive and helps employees for their development. The systems and culture is well defined keeping different aspects and circumstances so that the organisational goals are met with lot of involvement of each team members. The product portfolio is vast and is able to outgrow market.

Work Details

One needs to understand the working culture and team dynamics. Once alignment is established, the work is quite interesting and a lot of fun

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
