The main thing I like here is the two days off in a week, which is very tough to maintain in this kind of work atmosphere where we have deadlines for every one or the other day. Here the employers are willing to take constant feedbacks from the employees and trying to rectify them. The management is trying to meet the MNC standards even though it is a startup. I just want this place to be innovative and find new ways in employees working style where we should use our brains rather than being a robot which does the same work as it is designed for. We employees should get our hands on new software.

Work Details

I draft the floorplans, elevations, etc of the buildings which were already constructed using a point cloud data in Auto CAD.
