In my total experience, I change the plant for every 2 years. But in scan steel Ltd. I worked above 6 years. So, u can imagine plant condition is good. Job is full security, who were do work correctly.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
