Nothing is there to like overall very toxic environment. they only promoted and incremented his own relatives and those person who come with someone's reference. they give increment every three months like Umesh come and salary incrementation (feb 2023 15000rs april 2023 22500rs) and udit (sept 2023 10000 dec 2023 15000 april 20000). People who are dedicated and understand the Job requirement will fit in here as clients are in USA and sometimes have to attend meeting 1-2 times in a month in night. Company allow hybrid & Work From Home options here but after 3-6 months based on your job understanding and performance. Good option for people living in Faridabad or close to Faridabad....Read More
