No 5 day working. Even they try to convince for work from. Home on holidays. Most of the project deliveries at holiday time. Good salary appraisal if you are under salaried

No five day working. No defined workflow for project development. Most of the deliveries at holiday time. Sometimes we get late salary. No defined policy for appraisals. Just your salary is all the facilities you get at your hand. Don't expect any out of city outings.....

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
