Not much to appreciate.
There is no 360 degree survay to rate managers, so they do whatever they want. So much micromanagement with no appreciation no matter how much work you do. You will be judged from day one and the older employees will criticise you like “ I can do this in 2 hr”, direct attack on your psychological safety. Overall a ver bad experience with sofa.

Sometimes you meet good people on Development team. That's it which is same for every organisation.
Where do I begin. You can see all online anonymous forums and see it's bad rating as reality and somehow they have found a loop hole to delete these reviews also. There absolutely zero job security here. As soon as the company faces some cash flow problem. They resort to not just straight firing but like cheap SOFT FIRING. I think this company can give a hand book at SOFT FIRING as they're soo good and sly at this. They have raised PIP for 250+ employees in the last quarter so they can fire them quickly and appease the share holders to balance the books. The worst part is that they pretend to be your well wishers and feed you lies like you are family and after firing we are giving insurance benefits but in truth these benefits are purchased on early basis. They have raised PIP for people who have give 20+ years here. It's astonishingly funny how an employee with 20+ years suddenly gets pip raised and fired as a result. They did the same soft firing procedures when Covid -19 first struck by putting 200-250 employees on pip and older employees are telling that they are used to doing this but now since this time there are multiple anonymous forums this has become public. Dirty politics and favourism is at it's peak. The products are worse than any colleges product and now the customers also realised so they are running away and therefore the firing taking place now. They even fumble up great place to work answers so that they can portray they are employee friendly but in actuality they're only owner friendly. Now let's talk about the tech stack. It is so old that and so badly optimised that no wonder all the clients are running away. For the same reason this company has gone through multiple cyber attacks in the past which they try to hide in the news and from their clients. The learning hair for new joiners is absolutely zero and some dirty politics goes on between Pune and Noida offices where your managers are from Pune but they treat you like outsiders and do not even talk to you for for months and years. Promotions are only given to managers pets and people who are good at nothing but getting involved in politics. The ceo's and the HRs refused to take any accountability as they are also the part of the system and together I think they have come up with this amazing plan of all of soft firing everyone. Each end of cyclic year they spread rumours that we will not be getting any Hike and if you get 5% Hike this will this will be considered as great. They do not follow any rules or regulations maintained by the authorities for labour laws and the atmosphere in the office in itself is very depressing. There is nothing good in this company. It appears good when you just join the company. Then the management shows their true colors to you
The company forces a bond of 3 years on freshers which is illegal in India. Then if you notice the company hires freshers from 3 Tier colleges and lures them with a 5 LPA (with 3 years bond and if you break it give them 2 Lakh rupees)package with the promise of a bi-annual increase. This so-called product company has only outdated technology and bad management. They are at a complete loss and management has gone down to firing employees and micro-managing existing employees. The HR and talent acquisition never post any opening for 2-3 years of experience. You would have already guessed why. They passively threaten the freshers that if they break the bond and do not give money then they will not give experience and relieving letter. Once you join here as a fresher you are stuck for a minimum of 3 years and experience only in an outdated tech stack. I joined here as a fresher and then within a few months they increased the notice period from 2 months to 3 months. Here there is so much politics and favoritism. You cannot work in peace. There is no bonus here no matter how much you work. I resigned from here 3 months before my bond was getting over. During my notice period, they made it difficult for me to work and passively threatened me to give money or they would not give my experience letter (FYI:- there was no training provided in the probation period only a few docs available on the internet were given to do self-learning. No investment in training). The company holds my three months' salary without any prior information and then if you request early release they will large penalty amount from you. These companies should be banned from India. They are so cheap that they even asked for laptop bags on LWD. My entire journey has been hell.
