Listening SBI people think of Job security but it is not there in SBI General Ins. There is no Career growth if your love to do your job bcoz growth is offered only to obsequious people. You will find dirty level of office politics. Innovation is not at all appreciated and under the name of Innovation seniors will only approve the plan which is implemented by other General Insurance companies. VP's and above will leave on time and expect people below to work on weekends and complete the tasks and in case of failure also you can get appraisals only you need to be flunkey....Read More

Good work life balance until new management took over.

Dislikes

Top management gets deputed from SBI Bank, they always compare their compensation with employees. They started firing culture and fired lots of employees. So, no job security, no one talks about learning about new things. In Covid we were asked to come to office because Bank employees were coming to branch. Extremely strict on timings.
