It was quite different and employee centric earlier, I have been blessed to have support at my most testing time. This is why I stayed with company inspite of having other offers. But past year we have seen new management being brutal to employees, not caring, berating, calling employees in Pandemic to Office. This has left us with crippled morale and low self esteem.
