I was joined in March and yesterday company discontinued me because that company has no business in covid situation, they discontinued almost 1000 new employees so overall conclusion is there is no job security, otherwise company culture was good, I had learnt lot of new things, my work life was very good.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
