We learn a lot while working. It's always a fun atmosphere among each other. We automatically enjoy our job.

There is nothing which I disliked since my 2 years of tenure.

It was really exciting to work among the children., the activities which we conduct.., children use to love it., automatically they develop their personality and language skills. While working we learn a lot. And improves teamwork, creativity & ideas.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
